This week on the show, wrapping up Fan Fest (sorta) with Troy and Chris’ thoughts on the event and their experiences as well as your voicemails about the weekend. First up, Troy and Chris do their best to recap the day(s) with some of the highs and lows, and some of the hopeful lessons learned by the Wizard World folks if they ever attempt another similar event. Then, in the second half of the show, listeners called in large numbers to talk about the convention and we have the first part of your voicemails. Next week, we’ll play those we weren’t able to get to, not to worry!
One of the most prolific voice actors of all-time, Maurice LaMarche joins the Crossrip this week! Chris caught up with the voice of Dr. Egon Spengler from The Real Ghostbusters and Extreme Ghostbusters (and, as it turns out, a surprising other voice revealed in the show) at Fan Expo Vancouver. LaMarche talks about his early years in the entertainment industry, being a Ghostbuster, and a whole lot more. In addition, we've added some outtakes and archival audio, making this a holiday mix tape of sorts, all about the voice of Egon, stunt burper, master impressionist, and the best Orsen Welles since Orsen Welles.
This week on the show, catching up on a few weeks worth of news in one show! The boys talk about the recently found lost scenes including the fabled Fort Detmerring sequence, Toy Fair 2017 news including Diamond Select's Ghostbusters II announcements, Bill Murray chatting GB3, a few Answer the Call tidbits including the destiny of the Egon Spengler bust, Maurice LaMarche talks Real Ghostbusters, and the top ten reasons Ghostbusters II is an underrated classic.

Or Hugh Jackman for that matter?), Yahoo has a great interview with Paul Feig on spoilers, and NYCC promises Diamond Select Reveals and a scavenger hunt for Ghostbusters: The Ultimate Visual History. After the news, stick around for discussion on Extreme Ghostbusters, where were Chris and Troy when it first aired? How did the internet play into its release?
